WARRANTY & REPAIRS

Every Chronofixe watch purchased through our official website is covered by a two-year international warranty. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects affecting the movement, hands, and dial when the watch is used under normal conditions.

If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, repairs will be carried out at no cost. If the watch cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a similar model. The replacement will then be covered by a new 24-month warranty starting from its delivery date.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet, crown, stem, or buckle
  • Damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, or insufficient care
  • Water damage (unless the watch is specifically marked as water-resistant)
  • Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized third parties
  • Loss, theft, impacts, shocks, or damage caused by natural events

If the issue falls outside the warranty coverage, or if the warranty period has expired, repairs may still be possible for a fixed service fee. Our team will confirm this after evaluating the situation.

SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

Before sending your watch, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@chronofixewatches.com. We will review the issue to determine whether it is covered and provide you with the next steps.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a Repair Ticket Number. This number must be included when shipping your watch to us. Repairs cannot be processed without it, and any package received without a ticket number will be returned at the sender’s expense.
