Every Chronofixe watch purchased on our website comes with a two-year warranty.
It covers manufacturing defects on the movement, hands, and dial under normal use.

If the issue is covered, repairs are done at no charge. If repair isn’t possible, we’ll replace your watch with a similar model. The replacement then benefits from a new 24-month warranty starting on the delivery date.

Please note: A flat return shipping fee of 10 EUR applies to all warranty services.

Not covered by the warranty:

- Battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet, crown, stem, and buckle
- Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or lack of care
- Water damage (unless the watch is marked water-resistant)
- Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties
- Loss, theft, impacts, shocks, or natural disasters

If your issue isn’t covered or your warranty has expired, repairs may still be available for a fixed fee. We’ll confirm this after reviewing the situation.

How to file a warranty claim?

Contact our Customer Service team before sending your watch. We’ll assess whether the issue is covered and provide instructions.

Once approved, we’ll assign you a Repair Ticket Number. This must be included with your watch when you ship it to us. Without it, we won’t be able to process the repair and your watch will be returned at your expense.
