Who is Chronofixe?

Chronofixe is a contemporary French watch house rooted in aviation, engineering, and cultural memory.
Created for professionals of the air, the brand has always been guided by precision, clarity, and function.
Revived in 2024, Chronofixe exists to bring this legacy back into motion, reconnecting modern watches with the spirit of vintage aviation, real missions, and the stories they carry.

Chronofixe operates internationally with teams located in France, Switzerland, the United States, and Hong Kong, allowing us to serve customers worldwide.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal and a selection of local payment options displayed at checkout.
Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available in supported regions.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Order changes or cancellations are only possible before fulfillment or shipment. Once an order is in preparation or has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is completed. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Which countries do you ship to?

We provide free worldwide shipping on all watch orders. Orders are dispatched from Switzerland, the United States, or Hong Kong, using DHL or FedEx, depending on destination and availability.

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

Orders shipped to the USA, European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, and Singapore are delivered with all duties and taxes included in the purchase price.

For all other destinations, customs charges and local taxes are not included and may be applied upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the watch is unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging.

How can I request a return or an exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at contact@chronofixewatches.com, mentioning your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will guide you through the process.

Are engraved or customized watches returnable?

No. Watches that have been engraved or customized cannot be returned or refunded.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

My tracking shows “delivered” but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

We recommend first checking with members of your household or nearby neighbors. If the package cannot be located, please contact our support team and we will assist you further.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?

If your order goes beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please get in touch with us so we can look into the situation and provide assistance.

PRE-ORDERS

What does “pre-order” mean?

A pre-order allows you to secure a watch before it is officially available in stock. The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page. Please check the product informations to confirm whether a model is offered as a pre-order.

Can pre-order shipping dates change?

Yes. Pre-order shipping timelines are estimates and may be adjusted due to production or logistical factors. Should this occur, you will be informed by email.

Are Chronofixe watches waterproof?

Water resistance depends on the model, please refer to the product page for detailed information. The ATM rating is listed under Technical Specifications.

Can I swim or shower with my watch?

Most Chronofixe watches offer water resistance suitable for everyday use. However, leather straps should not be regularly exposed to water. Always make sure the crown is fully secured before any contact with water.

How do I care for my watch?

Clean your watch using a soft cloth and avoid strong impacts, extreme temperature changes, and exposure to magnetic fields.

WARRANTY & AFTERSALES

How long is the warranty valid?

All Chronofixe watches are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover battery replacement, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, misuse, water damage resulting from incorrect use, or any work carried out by non-authorized repair centers.

How long does a repair take?

Warranty repairs generally require several weeks to complete, depending on the nature of the issue and the availability of replacement parts.
