SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners. Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing it within 5 to 14 business days.
As soon as it leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number from the carrier.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures. Please note that weekends, public holidays, and customs clearance can occasionally extend transit times.
At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or parcel lockers.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
For orders delivered to the USA, European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, and Singapore, all applicable duties and taxes are already included in the purchase price.
For other destinations, import duties and local taxes may be charged once the shipment reaches your country. These fees generally range from 8% to 25% of the total order value, depending on local regulations.
We recommend checking with your local customs office in advance, or using an online estimator such as www.simplyduty.com, to better anticipate potential charges.
Customs rules vary by country. Any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If there’s visible damage, report it to the courier and let us know within 7 days.
PARTIAL SHIPMENT POLICY
If your order includes both in-stock items and a pre-order item, we will ship them separately to avoid unnecessary delays.
Available items will be dispatched first so you can receive them as soon as possible. The pre-order item will be shipped in a second parcel once it becomes available.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment as they are sent.
