Chronofixe offers free international shipping via third-party logistics companies according to your location.
The estimated shipping and delivery time is 10-15 business days depending on the country where to be delivered. Customs procedures & protocols may vary depending on your shipping address; the estimated shipping time is excluding custom clearance time.
Import duties and taxes collected and paid (Delivered Duties Unpaid) may be charged once your order arrives in your country. The estimated amount for these fees is about 20% of the dollar amount of your order. Since this is only an estimate, it may change as it is dependent on the country the order is shipped. For more information about the exact amounts and percentages, please contact your local customs office.
Chronofixe, as the seller, does not have any control and has no responsibility for any duties and taxes charged to your package. You will shoulder the charges for customs clearance applied to your package. Furthermore, Chronofixe has no control and accountability on the order delays caused by customs agents.

Chronofixe offers a 30-day return policy for all watches purchased on the website for any reason given that the item to be returned is never worn and is not altered from its original condition when it was shipped. The original packaging must be complete with watch’s tags and protections attached and intact.
Customers who return their watches may opt for:
- Refunds can be processed through the payment used.
- Refunds can be processed by receiving a voucher on the Chronofixe account used. This voucher can be used for future orders.
- The new item must be of the same price as the original order.
The fees incurred during the return are charged to the customer.
Before processing any return, please contact Chronofixe’s customer service at email@example.com for proper guidance. Avoid shipping your products back to Chronofixe without Chronofixe’s knowledge as order reference may be lost. Chronofixe is not accountable for returned products without Chronofixe’s permission due to loss after delivery. You understand that Chronofixe may deny your refund or exchange claims if Chronofixe does not receive the products.
