RETURNS

You can return your Chronofixe watch within 14 days of receiving your order.

Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@chronofixewatches.com, including your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Requests initiated without prior contact may not be processed.

To be eligible:

  • The watch must be in its original condition: unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and components included.
  • Customized or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items returned in unsuitable condition (scratches, damaged straps, missing parts) may be subject to a partial refund or sent back to you.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange your Chronofixe watch within 14 days of receiving your order.

For an exchange:

  • You may choose another item of the same or lower value (we will refund the difference).
  • If you select a higher-priced item, you will only need to pay the difference.

Return shipping is complimentary. We will provide instructions to arrange the return at no cost once your request has been approved.

Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds or exchanges are typically processed within up to 30 days.

If you received the wrong item or if your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
