Collection: RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return or exchange your Chronofixe watch within 30 days of receiving your order.

Before shipping anything back, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@chronofixewatches.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
If you do not contact us beforehand, we may not be able to process your request.

To be eligible:

- The watch must be in its original condition: unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and components included.
- Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items returned in unsuitable condition (scratches, damaged straps, missing parts) may result in a partial refund or be sent back to you.

For an exchange:

  1. Choose another item of the same or lesser value (we’ll refund the difference).

  2. For a higher-priced item, pay the difference.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll receive a confirmation and your refund or exchange will be processed usually within 30 days.

If you received the wrong item or your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
