Founded in 1857, in the heart of the Doubs gorges, the edge of the Swiss border, in La Rasse was the manufacturing of Chronofixe. It’s the only French watch manufacturing company certified to fabricate altimetric chronographs. After a couple of decades, French entrepreneurs decided to re-launch Chronofixe, allowing the brand to make a comeback.

To this day, there are still a few remaining Chronofixe pieces made by the original Dodane manufacturer available in the watch market valued up to U$6,000.

We, at Chronofixe, celebrate the authenticity of the design and functionality of a real pilot watch using the instruments and cockpit panels' inspiration from fighter military aircraft that we now bring to you and make possible in every Chronofixe timepiece.
